O Projeto de Lei da Câmara - PLC 30/2007, de autoria do Deputado Nelson Pellegrino, tramita no senado há quase 10 anos e atualmente está na Comissão de Relações Exteriores e Defesa Nacional (CRE) com parecer favorável do Senador Hélio José (PMDB/DF), porém há requerimento para tramitação conjunta, o que poderá atrasar a tramitação do projeto.
