Há mais de quatro anos o valor da indenização de transporte está inalterado, sendo corroído pela inflação e obrigando os oficiais de justiça a retirar da própria remuneração valores para cobrir as despesas de transporte decorrentes do cumprimento das ordens judiciais. Diante da situação, o Sindojus-CE protocolizou no dia 10/02/2015 requerimento administrativo solicitando da administração do TJCE a atualização desta verba indenizatória.
O requerimento foi fartamente fundamentando com o Estatuto dos Servidores Civis do Estado do Ceará, a Constituição Federal, a Resolução 153 do CNJ, Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal e uma analogia à Resolução 4/2013 que prevê a atualização anual da indenização de transporte dos magistrados em respondência. Tudo para justificar a legalidade do ato administrativo de atualizar a indenização de transporte dos oficiais de justiça e analistas judiciários, execução de mandados.
