Diretores da Associação Nacional dos Oficiais de Justiça do Brasil (Afojus), se reuniram na segunda-feira, 03, com o corregedor nacional de Justiça, ministro Humberto Martins.
O objetivo da reunião foi tratar da atual situação em que vivem os Oficiais de Justiça em todo Brasil. Edvaldo Lima, diretor da entidade nacional, falou sobre as condições insalubres de trabalho que a categoria vivencia em todo o país. “A falta de suporte estatal para o cumprimento das determinações é extremamente grave. Existe um folclore desenvolvido por alguns tribunais de que o Processo Judicial eletrônico substituirá o Oficial de Justiça, diferentemente, o que se vê é um aumento estratosférico na distribuição de mandados, inclusive nas varas de violências domesticas, explicou Lima”.
Outro fator discutido, foi a extinção do cargo em alguns Tribunais, como manobra para retirar direitos adquiridos, como pretende fazer o Tribunal de Justiça do Tocantins. Mario Rosa, Presidente do Sindicato dos Oficiais de Justiça do Pará (Sindojus-PA), repassou ao corregedor a importância da extinção de Oficiais de Justiça Ad-Hoc em todos os Tribunais. Segundo os Diretores da Associação Nacional, a falta de padronização poderá comprometer a implementação da resolução 219 do CNJ.
Após ouvir os dirigentes sindicais o Corregedor Nacional informou que tomará as providencias o mais breve possível, assim como, se colocou à disposição da Afojus/Fojebra para futuras deliberações.
