O Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal e Territórios está oferecendo o Curso de Defesa Pessoal para os Oficiais de Justiça do DF. As inscrições deverão ser feitas através do site da Escola de Administração Judiciária, entre os dias 06/03 a 12/03/2014.
O curso será ministrado entre os dias 18 de março a 1º de abril e terão aulas teóricas e práticas, devendo os participantes apresentar Atestado Médico de que está APTO para a prática de atividades físicas.
Segundo o TJDFT, “o aumento da violência no Distrito Federal e de riscos que os oficiais de justiça se expõem ao exercerem sua atividade laboral nas ruas só diminuem com o emprego de técnicas e procedimentos de segurança hábeis a garantir sua integridade física, emocional, psicológica e moral. Os oficiais de justiça atuam cumprindo mandados em ambiente externo, sozinhos, tratando diretamente com partes, advogados e outros. Nesse contexto podem ser surpreendidos pela violência urbana ou mesmo por reações de partes e advogados que direcionam sua insatisfação com a prática do ato processual na pessoa do oficial de justiça.”
Durante o curso os oficiais de justiça aprenderão: Teoria de Sobrevivência urbana, Técnicas de Combate, Técnicas de defesa contra objetos perfuro cortantes e Técnicas de desarme de arma de fogo, entre outros.

Essa "lutinha" de nada adianta contra um vagabundo armado.
ResponderExcluirNão é lutinha. É curso de defesa pessoal. O cronograma inclui preparo psicológico, reconhecimento de área de perigo, entre vários outros. Se a pessoa souber esticar o braço, ele tem mais chance de sobreviver do que quem não sabe.
ResponderExcluirPrezados, o curso não é para ensinar a ser herói e enfrentar bandidos armados. Mas ter um mínimo de preparo para enfrentar situações em que for possível. Há alguns meses tivemos a notícia de que uma oficiala de Justiça que apanhou dentro de um shopping, levando várias bolsadas e indo à lona (quando foi intimar uma mulher que já respondia por agressão). Em outro caso, uma mulher já tentou agredir um oficial de Justiça com um espeto, depois machucou ele com unhadas e ele, ao que parece, não sabia nada. Apanhou... Detalhe: tinha reforço policial, que retirou a mulher de cima dele. O oficial de justiça que não praticar sequer corridas, ginásticas, ou "lutinha" pode apanhar de chicote, tapas, etc e não terá chances.
