O assalto ocorreu em frente a casa do irmão do oficial de justiça Osmar Lopes em Marialva. Ele conversava com o irmão quando dois homens numa motocicleta, o garupa armado anunciou o assalto e levou o carro do oficial de justiça.
O veículo é um Gof de cor prata placas AOF 7001. No interior do carro tinha vários mandados judiciais. Até ás 8hs da manhã dessa quarta-feira o carro ainda não tinha sido localizado.
