Tráfico rende oficial de Justiça e o impede de cumprir mandado

A ousadia de traficantes de drogas em Maceió não tem mais limites. Depois de ameaçar moradores e praticar os mais diversos crimes, eles agora ameaçam autoridades públicas. Em um relato de medo, um oficial de Justiça conta que foi rendido por chefes do tráfico do bairro do Mutange e expulso da localidade, sendo impedido de cumprir um mandado judicial no local. O caso já foi levado ao conhecimento da Polícia Civil e do próprio Tribunal de Justiça.
Segundo o oficial de Justiça, que pediu para não ser identificado por temer represálias de traficantes, a ameaça ocorreu na semana passada, quando ele foi cumprir uma intimação em uma ação cível.
A vítima contou que foi cercada por três homens armados que apontaram uma pistola para o seu pescoço e o revistaram, indagando o que ele estava fazendo no bairro.
"Foram momentos de medo. Me revistaram e expliquei que se tratava de uma diligência em um processo civil. Mas, mesmo assim, mandaram que eu deixasse o local imediatamente porque eram eles (os traficantes) quem mandavam ali e ninguém receberia nada da Justiça", relatou o oficial de Justiça, que, ao retornar para o Fórum, encaminhou ofício para o juiz contando o drama que havia passado.
O oficial de Justiça contou que seguiu até a Central de Flagrantes, no bairro do Farol, onde relatou a ação dos traficantes. A reportagem do TNH1 tentou conversar com o chefe de cartório da delegacia plantonista, mas um agente informou que somente nesta terça-feira (22) é que será possível o delegado ou o escrivão falar sobre o caso.
O oficial de Justiça disse que, também, já levou o caso ao conhecimento da Corregedoria do Tribunal de Justiça para que sejam tomadas providências junto aos órgãos da Secretaria de Defesa Social. "Foi um atentado ao Poder Judiciário", lamentou a vítima.
